1/2 Cup Nonfat Plain Yogurt Mash bananas with yogurt and brown sugar. Add water, Watkins Vanilla, soy flour, baking powder, and oat bran. Mix in raisins. Alternately add flour and milk. Stir until all ingredients are moistened. Divide among 12 greased muffin tins. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. *White Wheat Flour is a "lighter" whole wheat flour from King Arthur. If you can't find it, just use all-purpose flour instead. Your muffins won't have as much fiber.
